Unfortunately that is all the awesomeness we have to report as the Dodgers were blanked, going 0-11 with runners in scoring position, in a 2-0 loss to 9.58 ERA'er Wade LeBlanc. Even Steve Lyons nailed this game on the head during his post game analysis on Dodgers Live...
You look at [Kershaw's numbers] since July 1st and his ERA is 2.00. That's fantastic. [Tonight's loss] is not about Clayton Kershaw. This is about the Dodgers not being able to find a way to score runs when he's on the mound. Guess what, tonight they scored a big fat ZERO, and that will never, ever get it done. When [Kershaw] struggled through the first two innings and only gave up two..there's no way against a guy like Matt LeBlanc that you should have that stand up.0-11 with RISP is pretty embarrassing, and better elicit a tongue lashing from Torre and Mattingly after the game. Back at it tomorrow with the Wolfman taking the mound.

Great banner, love that Kemp is in it.
Lyons also said before the game (admittedly I just caught the end of it, but I think I got the jist of it) that all 6 Dodger starters were auditioning for a spot in the postseason rotation.
Seriously, he thinks Padilla has a shot? It's Kershaw, Bills, Wolf. Kuroda is the 4th starter unless injured, especially considering Torre rewards guys (especially veterans) when they perform well, and Hiroki was excellent last October.
I guess I should qualify my criticism of Lyons with "if I heard him correctly".
Padilla hasn't been bad with the Dodgers so far (2.61 ERA, 3.00 K:BB) but there is no chance he's a starter this postseason.
